FLEG is different from other organizations because it creates a sense of camaraderie among the members. The FLEG usually spend several hours a week together, and can form friendships that last throughout college. Additionally, FLEG is designed to develop the leadership skills of those in the club, as opposed to other organizations for which this is not as much of a focus.
