In FLEG, there is a program within the organization that is run by the Internal Affairs Committee called mentorship. Every year, the Internal Affairs directors choose a SLEG mentor for each member of the new FLEG class to be friends with, learn from, and rely on for your first year in FLEG. There is also the mentorship cup that is a competition among mentorship pairs where they do weekly meet-ups and mentorship challenges (go on a hike together, cook together, etc.) to earn the most points and win the cup at the end of the Spring semester.
