The Executive Board consists of five positions that primarily focus on FLEG’s long-term vision and goals. They handle the majority of discussions with leadership and usually have the final say on major decisions. Leadership consists of all committee directors. They’re involved in discussions with the executive board and usually give their input on the direction that the organization is going in & the decisions that the Executive Board is making.
